Land as a commodity that can be owned by the public, transferable ownership rights, one way transfer of land rights is through buying and selling. In the process of buying and selling land, the land status of the trade is very important. Because the common phenomenon of buying and selling land that was in dispute. The sale and purchase of land under customary law adopts cash, real and bright, meaning that every relationship should look real and concrete. Means of direct cash payments when buying and selling process, the real meaning of buying and selling land as a real object, and the light means buying and selling is done in front of the authorities. Today the frequent buying and selling land that is in dispute, of course it would be detrimental to the buyer. Land dispute itself has not decided who is entitled by law to have it, but routed through buying and selling. When there is a third party that will disturb the tranquility of the buyer to control the land he bought.Issues that will be examined in this study are: First, whether the land in dispute can be the object of buying and selling? Second, if the seller is responsible for the land in dispute?This research is a normative legal research. This discussion is more to discuss about an analysis of the law written in the book. Source of data used is the source of the data obtained from the study of literature, among others, include official documents, books, research results in the form of reports and so on. Data was analyzed qualitatively in drawing conclusions using deductive thinking.The results of this study are first, that the land was in dispute can not be transferred, because the land rights dispute itself is still up for grabs. Certainly not qualify agreement is valid lawful reason. Second, the seller is responsible in conflict over land dispute traded. Because the law states that the seller shall ensure and bear the traded goods. Advice from the author of First, the land in dispute should not be traded, because the rights of the land is not yet clear, Secondly, the land in dispute Seller shall be liable for damages arising from the sale and purchase of land in dispute

Penggunaan Teknik Feature Weighting Untuk Pembersihan Noise Pada Halaman Situs Berita Berbahasa Indonesia

A web page usually consists of information in every page blocks displayed. In some cases, news content displayed in a news website are not entirely relevant or are unrelated to the main content such as navigation panel, copyright, user guide, links, news summary, various advertisement etc. Information blocks irrelevant to the main content is known as web pages noise. This research applies feature weighting technique to improve classification results by detecting a noise in pages of a website. Using feature weighting technique the web is first modelled with Document Object Model(DOM) tree and Compressed Structure Tree(CST) to obtain the general structure and compare the information blocks in awebsite.Information obtained is used to measure and evaluate the importance level of each node created by Compressed Structureed Tree(CST). Based on the tree created and the importance level of each node, this method assign weights on each individual word (feature) in each content block. The weights will be used in web mining process

Mini Server Lentera sebagai Alternatif Pembelajaran Digital di Daerah 3t

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk merancang mini server dengan konten pembelajaran digital untuk sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif bagi guru dan siswa sekolah menengah daerah 3T di wilayah Sumatera Barat. Konten pada mini server ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran digital tidak hanya di daerah 3T saja, namun juga dapat digunakan di daerah perkotaan karena alat ini menawarkan akses yang fleksibel tanpa jaringan internet. Latarbelakang inovasi ini adalah ketidaksesuaian antara tuntutan pemerintah yang menginginkan implementasi pembelajaran digital dan online dan implementasi Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer. Namun di sisi lain, sekolah melarang siswa membawa gadget ke sekolah karena khawatir siswa akan mengakses situs dan konten negatif yang tidak relevan dengan pembelajaran. Materi pembelajaran yang disajikan dalam perangkat ini adalah dalam bentuk video, audio, dan berbagai konten yang dikompilasi di situs offline sehingga siswa dapat mengakses menggunakan gadget atau komputer pribadi (PC) tanpa memerlukan koneksi internet. Analysis of the Threat of Floods in Kendal Regency Using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Geo Hazard Map Methodology Catalog

Based on BPBD (2018), Kendal Regency in 2017 have occurred 154 hazards, that are 30 floods, 19 landslides, 18 fire hazards, 20 stormwind, 13 marine accidents, and 54 other hazards. Most of the Kendal Regency area is dominated by floods hazard. Disaster management can be followed up with the initial stage in mapping of hazard threats. The methods that used in mapping of hazard threats are varied depending on the hazard parameters used. In this study, using two methods to analyze the threat of floods using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and The Geo Hazard Map Methodology Catalog. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision support method to determine priority of hierarchy with the main input based on experts. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, that developed with fuzzy logic theory, especially triangular fuzzy which is expected to minimize uncertainty so that the results wpuld be more accurate. Paddy, rice and food security in Malaysia: A review of climate change impacts

Malaysia has focused its self-sufficiency policy on rice and paddy production, which are the country’s primary staple food and food crop. Throughout the Eleventh Malaysian Plan (2016–2020) and National Agro-Food Policy (2011–2020), Malaysia continues its proactive and progressive measures to promote paddy and rice sector development. The impacts of climate change, however, are projected to exacerbate challenges in increasing paddy yields and achieving food security in the future. Hence, this paper attempts to discuss climate change impacts on rice production and food security in Malaysia succinctly. Using Mann–Kendall and Sen’s slope, our analysis exhibited the increased minimum (Tmin) and maximum (Tmax) temperature in the granary areas, ranging from 0.3°C to 0.5°C and 0.2°C to 0.3°C, respectively, in every decade. At the same time, precipitation has shown an increasing trend, ranging from 133 mm to 200 mm. Apart from the trend analysis, we conducted a literature review to substantiate our discussion. The findings signified that climate change poses a severe threat to paddy production, which eventually will affect food security as they are highly interrelated. Thus, it is high time for Malaysia to revamp its paddy and rice intervention strategies by giving due attention to enhancing the adaptive capacity of paddy farmers to cope with climate change

PENGEMBANGAN & PENYELENGGARAAN INOVASI PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL (IPD) 2021

Lingkungan pembelajaran digital/Digital Learning Environment (DLE) dapat diartikan sebagai suatu sistem yang ditawarkan oleh pengajar atau pendidik berbasis digital sebagai solusi untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan aktif. Berkembangnya lingkungan pembelajaran daring dan pembelajaran jarak jauh saat ini, mendorong pengajar lebih kreatif dalam menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang cocok dengan peserta didik. Diperlukan desain lingkungan pembelajaran digital yang baik sehingga dapat mendorong peserta didik untuk belajar secara mandiri ataupun kolaboratif. Dengan dikembangkannya lingkungan pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik untuk membuat, menyimpan, mendiseminasikan konten pembelajaran, merencanakan desain pembelajaran serta mendorong komunikasi dan interaksi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik. Lebih luas, lingkungan pembelajaran digital menjadi bagian dari sistem manajemen pembelajaran (Learning Management System/LMS) di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Buku ini berisi tentang perangkat perkuliahan yang dapat digunakan dan diadaptasi bagi dosen mata kuliah pada perkuliahan untuk mendukung lingkungan pembelajaran digital. Mata kuliah yang dikembangkan pada buku ini yakni mata kuliah Manajemen Perpustakaan yang menjadi mata kuliah wajib pada program studi Manajemen Pendidikan, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Pengembangan lingkungan belajar digital pada buku ini diarahkan berbasis team-based project untuk mendukung pembelajaran secara sinkron maupun asinkron. Pemgembangan yang dilakukan yakni pengembangan bahan ajar, pembelajaran daring serta pengembangan evaluasi perkuliahan. Selain itu, juga dijabarkan inovasi digital yang dikembangkan pada perkuliahan untuk menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi pada perkuliahan secara konvensional. Are Video Games the Best Way to Stay-at-home?

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many aspects of normal social life. The community is required not to leave the house too much if it is not necessary. Often during times of independent isolation or in personal cases, people are afraid to leave the house. They are faced with boredom so this is an opportunity for the digital entertainment industry to develop. On the other hand, many violations of COVID-19 health protocols still occur in society and people are still reluctant to stay-at-home. The question is what medium is good for persuasion as well as giving pleasure to people to entertain themselves during independent isolation and with low levels of boredom. Video games are a growing industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, this media has not been widely used as a means of persuading people to obey health protocols and stay-at-home. This study shows a correlation between gaming activity and the tendency not to leave the house. Besides, what types of games have the potential to keep someone from leaving the house are also discussed in this paper
